Bangkok ~ Wat Po

Fuhh...missing for another week..still suffer just because the stupid doctor misjudge saying that I got the Chikungunya infection but in fact I am having Zoster or in chinese 生蛇.That kind of pain is really undescribable and yet I have no idea about what is that until I visit the doctor(another doctor) for the second time. The condition of the "snake" is about half round of my body which means from the centre of the chest until the centre of my back. @#$@#$tupid doctor..Therefore I am back to Segamat again to seek for those chinese expert to kill the "snake"..and now I think the "snake" is going to die soon la and thats why I at least have some energy to update my blog after another one week.

This is a continue post from the previos one where after we go to the Wat Phra Kaew,we hired the Tuk Tuk to bring us around that area and the driver is kind enough to brief us some famous spot and bring us to some temple where only local people will pray at.As usual, just let the photo talking is good enough rather than I writing so much rubbish over here...

Bangkok ~ Wat Phra Kaew ~ The Grand Palace

Sorry for the late update again..this time around, I am not that busy till I didn't update my blog. I am late because I am so sick for the last weekend. I think those from Johor should heard about this virus named Chikungunya which is spread by the mosquito. I don't know should I consider myself as the lucky one or the unlucky one because I got that virus without knowing how I got it. Anyway,I am feeling okay right now and left the rash on my back.

Anyhow, since I am feeling better now and I got to finish my job earlier, hence I am here to continue my Bangkok post. On the first Sunday in Bangkok, me and my colleague plan to pay a visit to those famous tourism spot in Bangkok. Our first station will be the Wat Phra Kaew or generally known as The Grand Palace. It is very easy to find it on the map and you may have variety of choice to get there. The cheapest way to get there will be using the Tuk Tuk or if you not dare, then may be you can just catch a teksi a long the road and tell them the Grand Palace. They should know where you want to go even though they don't understand english.

Here is some snaps at the Grand Palace and Wat Phra Kaew. Actually this two place is connected and you will need to buy ticket to access.

We were there during the noon time hence it is not really suitable to take some nice photo as you can see I hardly open my eye.The color of the photo also hard to control.

I think this is famous among the Thai people.

IMG_4867

IMG_4869

As usual, you can see a lot of tourists here since this is the tourism hotspot. So,this is way impossible to avoid the tourist to be appear in your photo.

IMG_4872

As you can see from my snaps,98% of the architecture are gold in color and what I can say is its view really grand if you were there.Just imagine all the building in front of you are made by gold.

Lastly,I would like to share with you my most favourite snaps out of all.

IMG_4887

The Buddha status that seated on the gold really show the contrast and impact.Don't you think so??

So,what do you think about the place?Boring har?Hehe..if you think it is boring, then may be you might skip my next post since I will be posting another famous temple in Bangkok name Wat Po or also known as The Sleep Buddha.See ya..

Bangkok ~ Chatuchak Weekend Market

On the first weekend, one of my colleague suggests that we should pay a visit to Chatuchak Weekend Market which is a very famous market among the Thai's. As stated in the title, this is a weekend market which means it will only open during weekend, no other days else. If I tell you that this market is just like a pasar malam in Malaysia, I believe that 10 out of 10 Thai people will going to kill me.

This is because even though it is consider a market place, but anything you can name it,you can find it there and I strongly suggest for those who plan to go there, please plan your time because you will find that it will took around 3 hour plus to "WALK AROUND" and this havent including if you try to bargain to buy something. There is only one word can describe about this market, "BIG" because it contains more than 15 000 shops and stalls.

So,I would just cut the story short by showing some photo which I took at the market place and I really strongly suggest for those who going to visit Bangkok, this is a MUST NOT MISS place.

Since I was there for training, therefore,I can only hang out with my friend during the weekend but don't worry because I will update on my first weekend's journey very soon....remember to pay my blog a visit in few days time ya...
