Long Delay Update: Recent Me

Halo my friends,I felt really sorry for this long delay update as what I promise for the previous weekend.It is kind of seriously hectic + busy + super tired + hypertension for the past four weekends.

I had been travel around Malaysia from North to South, West to East for BUSINESS TRIP. For the first weekend that I stop updating my blog, I was at Bukit Kayu Hitam for emergency case solving, then the second weekend, I was at Johor Bahru for another urgent project which ends up not really that urgent after so many issues is pending,the third weekend I was at Kuantan and Kota Bharu for another really urgent project.Last weekend, finally I got the chance to back to Segamat to get my car repaired and maintenance which swallow a lot of my allowance.

And now, I am at Penang, for another newly urgent project...haha...seems like everything is urgent for my work..sigh...It is such a long time I didn't really have time to take up my hobby,grab my camera to walkaround and capture some nice photo already..Damn it...I need a relax weekend where I am allowed to do all these...

So, this is the recent me and oh ya,forgot to mention, I suppose I will be stay at Penang for another week until the project finish but too bad I need to work over the weekend. So, if possible,you may rang me up and find me yum cha during the night ba..of course in condition you would like to meet me la..hahaha....

Lastly, one photo to make my blog looks more contents than usual boring contentless plain writing...hehe...

Grrr...how I wish I will have the free day to enjoy the blue sky....

The Path

Sigh, so fast it is another end of the weekend d, I really miss the weekend especially when my gf come over all the way from Malacca to visit me. That makes me feels like I am still a human who still have life, who still know how to enjoy the life rather than working..working..and working...Anyway, this will be another story about how I enjoy the weekend.

Back to this post, sometimes I had been thinking am I choosing the correct path in my career. Is the current job the one that I desire long ago...Is this the path that will lead me to the bright future?? Well, I not really have the answer yet but so far, I am quite enjoy for my current job except for the part where everyone keep pushing me to the deadline...I did learned a lot in terms of many aspect, technical side, marketing side and project management side etc...

The team that I am working in really did looks like a team, everyone is willing to give a helping hand when needed. So far, I not really had any experience of office politics..may be this is not a really good thing though cos I might not be able to survive if I fall under one..good or bad..judge yourself,right?

Anyway,I hope this will be the right path that lead me to the bright future though..at least for current stage it is!

Of course, with the right path, you will also need something to ease the journey...basically you will need everyone's help in order to deserve a relax journey..If you understand what I am bullshit over here..you must be a success one!

The Return of the Afrikim

Halo everyone...If I am saying that the reason of this blog being stop from updates is because I forgot my username and password of this blog..I wonder how many of you guys will throw eggs la..tomatoes la...potatoes to me har??Hehe..all right..be serious..I just want to apologies for whoever often coming in to this blog even though it already stop updating for more than two months...but I guess this won't happen again *The most also 1 month..muahahhaha*

Here are some coming updates for this blog...just some review first..I need some time to upload my photo and also arrange which to come first...

1.The telegang gathering @ TGIF with our special guest~ Ah Yung who coming all the way from Penang and also our big boss---> Ah Geek who just back from Bangladesh (Currently back to Bangladesh already)

2.Right before the Chinese New Year, my company is actually organising a Staff Gathering + Annual Meeting + Chinese New Year Dinner at JW Marriot Hotel. Me and my friend JiunKei are the volunteer photographer of the Staff Gathering..It is quite a good experience to try to cover such event as you will scratch your head till the end on wondering what to shoot in the event!Just stay tune for this...

3.During the Chinese New Year, it is so great to meet all my old classmates, schoolmates and some even know ever since Kindergarten. I can meet some of them everytime I back to Segamat but some we only meet once a year..Needless to ask, loads of photo is taken...

4.Right before the end of the Chinese New Year, my mum keep suggesting to go to the Fo Guang San Dong Zen Temple. Well, during these Chinese New Year period, I already see so many of the decoration of this Dong Zen Temple and end up I also be there with my family..but I only manage to took some photo as the crowd overthere is just undescribeable...

5.For the V-Day, I went to Malacca to meet my dear who still having the one last trimester at MMU.It is so nice to be back to the place where I lived for the past five years..Many things had changed especially the route in Malacca Town..and the only thing that never change is my dear,who is still love me so much...muahahaha...

So,just be patience for all these post even though I still not sure I will need how long to keep all these updated..Also to wish everyone happy weekend..till then...

Car Wash Service

At last,after all those hectic FYP thesis and presentation,finally I manage to arrange some time to go back to my hometown,Segamat.Actually I just go back a week before last weekend but it is kind of rush where I go back in the early morning of Saturday and back to Melaka at night.For this time,I am able to stay at home,fully relax myself without thinking of all those hectic matter and also not to forget to send my car for the air cond repairing which already broke down for more than a month.

Besides,I finally decide to send my car for a good shower at those Car Wash Centre.So,as usual,I drive my car to the near by car wash centre which is quite popular in my hometown due to its fast service.When I reach there,the only thing that I want to say is "What the XXXX"..Damn,the centre is full with all type of vehicles,lorry,teksi,SUV,MPV...damn it..This is the best damn thing that I wouldn't want to see for my lovely weekend.Hence,I drive my car to other place and try to looks for some other car wash centre.

At last,I found one in some Malay Kampung area where I always pass through during my secondary school age.The boss is a very friendly person,the service also damn good!

For the RM 8 that I paid,I got three people to give my car a shower,my car become damn shinning,in side out because they apply some polish conditioner for the car..This is why I say they really provide great service and I am really glad that I didn't go for the fast wash centre which only provide fast service with so so quality of works..

I believe that my car would love this kind service and for me,I absolutely willing to go there again because I can play around with my camera while waiting the car to be shower...This is the reason why you manage to see the two photos that I show you.

I know you might say this post is talking nonsense.If you ask me what's the point for this entry,the only thing I can tell you is,by writing this,I can post and show my photo up here........this is the only reason..like it or not..you also have to accept it..till then...

Fuh...tomorrow will be the day,the day that I gonna present my FYP and the day after tomorrow,I will be a temporary free man!!Actually for this moments,I don't really have any idea on what to update.So,just wanna wish all my friends,my coursemates and all FYP students good luck for you guys FYP presentation.

Graduating soon...

Hi hi..so sad to tell you that I still don't have time to actually took my camera outdoor and have some try shot yet.My FYP presentation is just two days from now and I hardly push myself back into the reality where I need to prepare the presentation slide and some preparation for the presentation.Guys,wish me luck ya.Besides,another assignment due falls on the same day which make me .....sigh...tiring.

Anyway,yesterday I just got my Sigma Year Book.I consider this is the annual magazine of the University.Actually I found that not much information is included in the magazine especially the contact information of my coursemates.The whole book is full of photos but the information provided is very less.

My coursemate arr,do you think we should distribute some form in the class for you guys to fill in your personal contact information so that we can compile into a softcopy?This will ease everyone to keep on touch since we are graduating soon...any idea??

Partially Back~~~

Hi guys..long time no see..hahaha...So fast its been a week I didnt update my blog again but I think this is worth because the good news is I am able to finish and finalize my FYP within the week.All my hardwork and effort that I put in is not wasted.Next week,there will be a mid term exam for the Radar course but I am not really in the mood to do revision on it yet..haha,may be this is why you can see me here with a short update!

By the way,I think I might be able to update more after the test since the only thing left will be my FYP thesis.Hopefully,I might able to finish it in time.Recently,I had been thinking to get myself a DSLR since I strongly found that my current camera is not so enough for me to capture nice photo in certain condition.Then,one of my friend already got himself a Sony Alpha 200 which makes me drool about it like a crazy nut!

As you can see from the photo,I,the AfriKim,and the snake is my friend who already got himself the Alpha 200 and another guy are trying to poison the monkey hao and the Miao is syok sendiri at the back.But the updated news is all the character in the photo is going to get DSLR...hahaha... This is the result of the snake poison...LOL

So,this is one of the part which drive me so desperately to finish up my FYP so that I can fast fast get myself a DSLR.Now I am in deep dilemma,the newly launch Canon Eos 450D is much expensive than the price I expected.Sigh...which I should get?A EOS 400D or 450D??new body or old body plus some upgrade on lens??Anyone can help arr??If any of you know the street price for both the camera,please let me know wor!!

Its Saturday,another weekend but this one is a bit special because it marks the start of my Midterm Break which last for one weeks.Today,I am really delight by the wheather,the sky is so blue,the cloud is so white and I just love it,do you?

Many of my coursemates are not going back to their hometown and they choose to stay because they want to complete their Final Year Project when the midterm end.Actually I am facing the same situation as well but I choose to go home,I really hope that I manage to finish my project within the coming week.You must be wondering why I still going home as this is such a critical moment for a final year student.

Now I gonna tell you why,when I back to my hometown,when I back at home,I can see blue sky,I can see white cloud and the most important part is I won't be bother by the fuxxking renovation contractor which doing their job early in the morning.

Besides,back at home,I no need eat outside food,and I even have home plant longan at my house then why I want to stay at Melaka to make myself suffer.

NO~~I am not promoting Happy the mobile operator..I am really happy now.Today is a good day,today is a nice day even though today is the rainny day!!I know you might be blur by reading the first few line of this entry.Nevermind,the good thing must share..

First,today is Thursday,all right,nothing special for you but it is an important day for me because I need to meet my FYP supervisor.Luckily,until last night I manage to come out with some solution to my problem and at least I have some progress to show.Actually I just back from meet with my supervisor and what to be glad is he feel quite satisfy with my progress,phewh...such a great relief..I should finish my project before the mid term break..hopefully!!

This is still not the greatest part that make my day!Five minutes ago,I just receive a call from a FIST lecturer requesting to have an interview session on the coming Monday.Oh my holy mama...thats just great!The job I am apply to is the Associate System Engineer offer by Cisco.I not dare to think of the result but I really feel glad that I had been called for interview,at least it reserve me a chance and also the chance to undergo a one year training at US.God,bless me....

Even though today is a rainny day,but I just feel like the sun is just by my side which enlighten my day!Or may be this sunflower will do...

Argh...I am just happy...excited now..tomorow I am going to KL Plaza Sentral to collect my cheque,then most probably will head to KLCC to have a walk at the JobsDB Career Fair and I will be back to Melaka around 3pm..Phew..so many thing in pending..Ciao...

At Last~Back In Melaka

Finally,after 14 weeks of training,I am back to Melaka.I can use one word to conclude the life that I have been through during the practical training period back at Shah Alam ---SUPERB

During the training,I had met with some old friends that not always can meet from Cyberjaya Campus's Maxis Interns.I was attached to a very nice supervisor who is willing to teach,willing to give advise and whats make him special is he even request to read my blog.

Besides,throughout the 14 weeks, the telegang also had some gathering for those who having their training at Kuala Lumpur or Selangor area.I have been through a lot of thing such as attend the bloggers gathering which till now I still not understand why I have guts to attend it since I am quite shy in making friends with strangers.Luckily I met 1 whole gang of crazy family which leads by Fattien, Eugene, Ah Kwong and also HungWei.They are all very nice guys and this is where the starting point of my bloging life.

I start to know, met a lot and a lot bloggers. Here is some of their photo which taken during some gathering and also Fattien Bday celebration.

During the second last week of my practical training,I had been shortlisted and being feature for the Traffic Jam event among hundred bloggers.This will be the first time ever I being featured for such event and that was great.

During the event,I had met even more bloggers that I usually read their blog but just lack of the chance to meet them. I even say hi to Timothy, the co-founder of Nuffnang Community,Kennysia and Nicole who are invited for the Youth 08: Traffic Jam Bloggers Party.

Actually,I don’t know what’s the purpose of this post.May be I just want to voice out and summarize the life that I had been through during my internship period in Shah Alam.So,lastly,I want to say,I will miss you guys whom I met in Kuala Lumpur and you all are very nice,friendly and hopefully I will meet you guys in some day.Even though I don’t know how long but definitely we will meet again and if you guys are coming to Melaka,you guys must let me know and I would like to apologize if I had done something that offended you or anyone related to you.

I Heart Moji~~

When the time I being notify that I had been shortlist for the Youth’08: Traffic Jam event. There is a while where my mind go blank like ZOMG!! Then after a few second, I just get to recall when I signup for this event and what’s the event actually for. When I continue read the notification email, again, my mind go blank again! What!?? I got RM 30 free iTalk Buddy! This would be my first time, seriously I very appreciate all the first time that I experienced and this is some sort like first free gift that I get ever since I start blogging.

As what I already know, people normally use iTalk to make call especially for IDD calls. For the youths like us, we tend to use the iTalk Buddy, get a Moji, in case for those who unaware about Moji, Moji is the virtual pet that can understand and express their feeling real time from the iTalk Buddy Instant Messenger.

Well, I have read a lot of it, and I always wanted to have one but I am just too shy to get one cause it is sound like so gay-ish. Ya, I know, I am an ego people. So, guess what, I still sign up for the Moji which is free, and select the Moji that I like and I dress up the Moji with the newly bought items with the free i-Talk that I get and at last, I have to think the cleverest excuses so that I can own it. So, I call my dear with the extra iTalk that I get.

“Doo Doo…"*my dear didn’t use caller ringtone*

Dear : Halo..aren’t you working during such hours,why rang me up? *3pm in the evening,best time for a nap*

Me : “Yalo, I am working, but I miss you so much ma! You still sleeping ar?”

Dear : “Hmm..anything, fast, I want continue sleep la!” *She is a pig,and she admit this*

Me : (In my mind: @#$@#%$#) “Oh..okok,I just wanna tell you, I just get you a pet and hopes you like it! (In my mind: You better not like it!)

Dear : (With more awake sound) “Omg, you already bought me the dog? I can’t believe you actually buy it!”

Me : (In my mind: How the hell I get the money to buy it?) “No no..I mean some virtual pet, just like your neopet! Because I thought your neopet can be friend with this new pet, Moji!

Dear : (With the sleepy sound again) “Har?? Who tell you Moji can be friend with neopet geh? There are not link to each other as well!”

Me : (In my mind : Phew..luckily she know that! She gonna reject this for sure!*muahahah*) “Har!! Is it..I don’t know ler, I already bought the item and all that, so how, you don’t want ar?”

Dear : “Whatever la,you want, then you take it la, since you already bought it! I want continue sleep liao, byebye…*Yawn*”

Me : *Speechless* “Ok lor…byebye..muaks!” (Pretending to be turn down sound)

So,with that, I already spend around RM 20 of the iTalk.(Portion for the item and part of it for the call to Johor area) There is RM 10 left. What to do with the ten bucks.

Instead of looking for somebody owns it currently, why don’t I find some new user to get addict together with me. Fairytale Musical Show @Pavillion

The Sunday before the Christmas eve,my dear and I went to Pavillion to shop for our new year clothes since all the shopping complex is on megasales.For sure,I am not going to blog about what I shop,where I shop and what I had buy.I actually want to show you some photo that I taken at Pavillion.On that Sunday,there is a session of Fairytale Musical Show on stage.

I didn’t realize of the show until the time when the show is going to end.So I only able to snap some photo of the Prince and Princess and the ending part.Anyway,I quite enjoy to see such performace especially their constume.The costume is really very pretty and I am sure you got no chance to see this else where.So,enjoy the beautiful constumes.Hope you like it.

The Unforgotten Games

At last,I am blogging back at my home in Shah Alam rather to post these in office.I subscribe the Celcom Daily Broadband for RM8 and actually I think the line is suxx...Last night,I hardly browse through all the site except for chatting only.Luckily the signal appear to be quite good in this early morning.Hence,this is why you see me here with the Hari Raya Haji update.*kakakak*

So,any of you guys still remember,what game you used to played during your kindergarten age?during primary school time?Anyone?Last Sunday,I read through the Sin Chew Newspaper,and attracted by this article.Which game you miss the most?

Actually I wonder how many of you actually know all these games.Above is just few games that I post selectively.I played most of the posted game when I still study in primary school.Sorry for the Chinese wording,and I don’t actually know how to translate that.For those can’t read Chinese,sorry or may be you can guess it by seeing the picture.

I think those born before 1990’s still playing these kind of games but those born after 90’s,I think their game will be surrounded by TV Video games,or currently,majority are into PS game,Xbox,PC game etc.Sometime,I am thinking whether these is the good practice for nowadays children.Their only entertainment is playing computer games,or else watching cartoon series.If somebody carry out the survey,I think there is only 1 out of 10 of the children have the chance to play like we guys do back in 80’s.

I can still remember,when I was a small kid time,my dad not allow me to play video games,or those handheld Tetris.Even though I really wonder to have those chance to play that and I have to admit kid is just like those games,it is addicted stuff.So,my only entertainment is play that A.E.I.O.U with my neighbor’s son.There is once I crazy about the guli games and what I can remember is I got few tin of the guli in my room,it is just like my collection.*funny*

For the Jump Aeroplane game (direct translate from Chinese),that will be my all time favourite cause I think that is very challenging especially the difficulty level go tougher and tougher.There has been years I saw kids playing all these game.Even my youngest brother who now study in Standard 2 also not playing these type of game.I only have chance to play badminton with him when I go back.Actually,I quite miss those old time where we play badminton along the roadside,have to aware of the wind direction else we can’t even hit the shuttle,you know.thats really fun and I actually train from there cause it will need more strength to hit the ball if you are opposite the wind.

Anyhow,I really think these is a very good article to share with.All these are the traditional games that we used to play during our childhood and why can’t we let it exist in our future.There are a lot of thing that going to be extinct and I really hope this wouldn’t happen.You guys who read these,you are free to repost it at your blog,it is just a way to spread around our culture.Don’t worry about the photo,you are free to grab it,for more detail information,you may refer to 16 Dec 2007 Sin Chew Newspaper.

Souvenir

Sorry guys,being buzy lately,first is the lecturer visit during Monday that makes me no time to visit all my readers' blog,I am very sorry for that.Second,I am not in office yesterday.I actually go to Plaza Sentra Maxis Office to attend the Maxis Internship Luncheon that organised by the HR department.As you all know,once I am not in office,I couldn't get myself online,hence no update nor visit you guys blog.

Last week,I receive two souvenir from my friends.Alex,also my colleague,went to Sarawak to attend some event that organise by those Cristian Fellowship thing,hence,he bought me a key chain which is the symbolise of the Shield of The Warrior.Thanks for that.

During Sunday evening,when I reach Shah Alam time,my current housemate,HuiLi bought me a bookmark when I still working hard to update my logbook in order to make sure it is up to date before the lecturer visit.

It is really great to receive all these souvenir.It is kind of remark,at least I am not forgotten by my friends.*hehe*I think thats all for today.Coming up will be the Luncheon Show.Stay Tune!

For those who still don't know and still blur,I am from Segamat,study in MMU Melaka and now doing my internship at Shah Alam.It is just in case you all are blur for what I am currently into and who still blur when I come from.

My Weekend @Segamat

Phew..lecturer just visit,nothing much actually.At first I thought he will check on my logbook so I die die also keep my logbook up to date so that I wont get myself in deep shit.Luckily the session doen't took long time.I don't want talk much about this.Just to let my friends know,logbook is kinda important,fill it up then you will face no problem.

All right,back to what I gonna tell ya.Last weekend,I went back to my hometown,Segamat since my whole family is on vacation to Langkawi,so,I have to go back and take care of the Mini Market that my dad's own.As you all know,some area in Johor is still flood and that include some area in Segamat.For the unlucky part,the route that I normally take to go back Segamat get flooded and hence I need to route to another road and take a big round before I can reach Segamat.

The lucky part is,when I back at Segamat,the day is just fine,no raining,sunny day,else I doubt can I take the same route to back to Shah Alam.So,when I at Segamat,I meet up with my old buddy who just broke up with his girlfriend,well,I not sure this time is it gonna be end like that or still got story coming in,but really hope that there will be happy ending.I know both the couple and they have been together in a very long period,really wish that they can get their problem solve.

While meet up with him,he keep me updates about the news that happen at Segamat since my parents is not around.The Segamat town actually was flooded for around 2 days time but luckily is not that serious compare to my previous post.The funny thing is,after two days flood,all the water is gone when our Prime Minister,Pak Lah gonna visit Segamat,and on that particular day,no raining,the weather is just nice and everything looks fine but once Pak Lah left,the rain come again and some kampung area again flooded.

Hopefully the weather will become better,else,more will be suffer.I should say this time is quite lucky for the residence that live in town area cause after the Road Upgrading project,the main road that link to Segamat town will not flood so those live in town area at least can go to friend,or relatives house but not stuck inside there.At last,I also wish that my friend can settle his problem in a more happy way.
